The is the plus version so it has 28 links and will fit a waist or hips up to 52". You don't have to be plus size to use it though it just means it comes with extra links. It did not come with instructions so check out youtube or tiktok for instructional videos. This is my first listing on mercari but I have shop an etsy shop so I ship pretty fast. I also live across the street from the post office and UPS store so shipping is easy for me.
