Fabulous antique sterling silver cigarette paper case or photo holder locket. This Watrous Manufacturing antique locket is 2 1/8" long and just under 1 1/2" wide. The fastener is spring loaded and works great to keep it closed. The Watrous hallmark and sterling stamp along with "3II" are under the clasp. This piece predates 1898, with Watrous became a part of International Sterling. It could be a cigarette paper shop holder.
