shop Advanced Models Expert Set 10218 - Pet Shop (retired 2016) Modular Buildings Series I believe it to be 100% complete. Was built once and then displayed. Moved it a couple times but kept everything together. includes all Minifigures & instructions book 1. Missing book 2. No box Adult owned for display only. Some pieces may be a little dusty but cleaned most of them off well. Without breaking it down completely I have no way of knowing if one or two small parts may have come off but I don't think so. I wanted to include that disclaimer just in case! I will not be fully disassembling it. However, it will be broken down into smaller sections and to ensure cheaper & safe shipping.
