They have been painted with fabric paint and have a coating of sealer to keep the paint bright and vibrant as well as keeping the gems i. place. the Letters are sewn on plastic charms and are sewn on very secure. the sealer allows you to be able to wash and clean your shoes without having to worry about them fading or color bleeding, safe for rain and snow (however not recommended because they are white lol.. ) if you have like these but are into a different character or shoe style, i am willing to do custom designs. I have plenty of examples of previous designs i've made to give you an idea of what to expect.
