It is a truly vintage piece designed and signed by a truly rare designer that is among the top names in costume jewelry. This is from the 1930s and has an amazing design. Please look at all pictures to see the beauty and majesty of this piece. Condition: needs a little cleaning and some of the rhinestones or a bit surface rubbed shop but they are all present and still sparkle.
