Very rare. I've searched for one exactly like it and no luck. Upon looking and a nice lady on here I believe this to be a Jesco Scootles Good used condition. Few marks on head and legs etc as shown. I washed clothes but they are still old. Vinyl except body is stuffed like a baby doll. 0-3 month clothes would more that likely fit him.
