Pattern #89 and the number 1390. This maker's mark dates this tea set circa 1921-1939 and was made by the Phoenix China Company, Czechoslovakia. Gorgeous vibrant floral pattern of pink roses with blue, red, purple and yellow pansies, with three toned green leaves. Gold gilt accents. No chips, cracks or crazing noted.
