Based on the M in the wreath mark, this china piece was from 1911 until World War II. The rim is beautifully decorated with beautiful gold color design. Noritake china production began around 1876 by Morimura Brothers. The American architect Frank Lloyd Wright designed tableware for Noritake in the 1920's.
