Comes near complete with manual, precautions booklet, original box, and a Hollywood Video Prima's official strategy guide. It's missing a couple of paper inserts to make it 100% complete. The game was tested and works. The cartridge is in near mint condition. Box is in fair condition. It does have scuffs, scratches, scrapes, rips, tears, bends, creases, and is crushed in different spots. The strategy guide has some scuffs and bends on the cover but pages are in perfect condition. The book does still have shop "The Secrets Behind The Mask" insert still attached and unopened.
