Everything is included but the game. Perfect for someone who has the game but wants the collector's edition. All items are new in box. The cloth map and CD soundtrack are factory sealed. The picture book was just opened for the first time right now to take a picture, but had never been opened before or displayed. The coin hasn't been touched. Everything was kept inside the book case. The defects are as follows: the book does have two small dents in the two top corners. On the bottom corner there's also a small sign of peeling. The front of the book has a small scuff mark. The clear plastic case also has some sticker residue in the front from Best Buy. There's also scuff marks in front of the plastic case, and one of the corners has a small rip. I tried to show them all in the pics. If you want more pics don't hesitate to ask. Other than what mentioned everything else looks great. Everything inside is again in new condition and mint.
