Flat measurements are 18 1/2" underarm to underarm & 17" waist-No give. This brand runs a little small (one to two sizes). It has a high bateau neckline with a fold over cowl. The cowl comes to a v in the back. The underneath is a sweetheart neckline. The bow snaps in the back and there is a zipper up the back. Swing skirt has tulle underneath to help create an hourglass shape. Shell is a Nylon and Spandex mix. The lining is Polyester. No rips, tears or stains. Smoke free/Dog friendly home.
