10k vintage diamond ring size 8 1/4. Will fit a little smaller about an 8. Solid 10k white gold marked 10k and tested. Also marked "keepsake" for the makers mark. Genuine diamonds. 5 total (4 on the outside, 1 in the middle). I love the side profile of this ring! The top of the ring measures about 5.4mm. I don't know the total carat weight but if it were 1 stone based on the mm it would be about 1 carat. Weighs about 2.6 grams. Beautiful!
