Set shop includes: 1 1/2" diameter bar Handle 4 - 1 1/4 pound weight plates 2 - 2 1/2 pound weight plates 2 - Locking collars The set weighs 12 pounds and 3 ounces when all put together. The set is in pretty good condition for its age. There are plenty of scuff marks on the plates and locking collars. There is some rust on the ends of the mounting bar and the handle.
